Merch. Wrong size or a defect? Tell us within 7 days of delivery at hello@thegenrun.com with your order reference and a photo. We'll replace it, or refund to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of receiving the item back, unworn. Drops are limited runs — exchanges depend on stock.

Paid event registrations. If the club cancels an event, every paid registration is refunded in full to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. If you can't make it, transfers to the next edition are handled case-by-case through the city group — tell us before the event, not after.

Online payments. Online payments are processed by Cashfree. Refunds are issued through the same channel and typically reflect within 7–10 working days depending on your bank.
