Events. Participation in any Gen Run Club event is voluntary and at your own risk. Event-specific terms, waivers, and health declarations are part of the registration flow for each event and govern participation.

Merch orders. Product listings, prices, and availability can change without notice. An order is confirmed when we accept it, and our refund policy applies to every purchase.

Content. Everything on this site — text, photography, and the Gen Run Club name and marks — belongs to Gen Run Club or its licensors. Partner names and marks belong to their owners.

Liability. The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gen Run Club is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
